For my birthday I got the exquisite bouquet from my dear friend. The bouquet was crafted by Fiore designs. It wasn't just a regular bouquet it was a piece of art. The colors were a harmonious blend, and the choice of flowers was nothing short of perfect. The freshness of the flowers was remarkable it stayed alive for more than 10 days. It's definitely the best bouquet I've ever received.

I ordered flowers and a gift box for a friend's birthday. She has specific taste and I ordered the perfect arrangements to compliment her. Out the door it was just shy of $450. I emailed several times to confirm that the order was delivered because they were suppose to arrive Friday morning and nobody responded. I eventually had to ask my friend who confirmed that they were delivered on Saturday and she sent pics. 1.) She had no idea who the second arrangement was from because the note was not attached. 2.) The flowers I ordered looked NOTHING like what she received and what I paid for. In fact, they looked like a grocery store bouquet. Images attached. I have emailed them asking for an explanation and they are not responding. Both the service and the quality was a massive let down. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Masha and her team go above and beyond. Not only do they make incredibly beautiful (and affordable) creations but they're extremely accommodating and work with you to come up with exactly what you want. They have become my go-to florists and I couldn't be happier. Everyone I send flowers to requests their information afterwards!!!

I ordered a bouquet for my husbands birthday- it was stunning. But I died in like- 3 days... I was disappointed so I reached out to them and they REPLACED it with an even more beautiful bouquet!

These people backed out of the job ONE WEEK before my son's bar mitzvah. They brought so much unnecessary stress and negative energy. Plus, their designs are basic and uninspired. They don't make anything impressive, they're unhelpful and afraid of hard work. Bad karma. Just choose a different florist.

This place has beautiful flowers but terrible customer service. I called because I wanted to stop by to pickup flowers and no one answered the phone. I checked their Google hours which said they were open until 5. I got there at 4:20 PM and they were very rude saying they were closed and had no flowers. The biggest turn off was just their attitude and how unfriendly they were.

I've been loving her amazing flowers, wreaths and arrangements for years (and loving her for even more years). She's done everything from special local delivery arrangements to small and large parties for myself and many friends, including my wedding. (The marriage went south, but people are still raving about the flowers. In fact, I think my blood red bouquet is one of the signature bouquets pictured on her site).

I've been to plenty of florists in town, but have yet to find anyone who does this kind of quality for a fair price. Let alone someone kind and honest who you actually don't mind handing your cash to.

Make sure to stop by the studio on Ventura too. It's a beautiful little space to sit down with some tea and figure out which flowers float your boat. (And one of the few reasons even I will venture into the valley). Tell her Dawson sent you.

I really wanted to love Fiore Designs. Jennifer is very nice, the shop is well decorated, and the prices are reasonable. However, their services for my wedding did not meet my expectations.

To ensure the main arrangement for my wedding ceremony covered a portrait that was fixed to the mantle, I did a walkthrough of the ceremony space with Jennifer, she took measurements of the space, and assured me that she would be there the day of the event to make sure everything went smoothly.

On the day of, Jennifer did not attend the event set-up and the main arrangement did not fully cover the portrait. When I followed up with Jennifer after the event to inquire about the difference, I was told that from their aesthetic estimation it seemed to be the right size. Although, I respect and trust their professional judgement, I asked and paid for an arrangement of a specific size for a specific purpose. I was disappointed that she did not fulfill her agreement and delivered an undersized arrangement.

The smaller arrangements and pieces that I ordered turned out well, but substitutions were made, as allowed in the contract, and it was disappointing to have some of the key subtle touches swapped out at the last minute without any forewarning.

Walked in and immediately the vibe was no one was there to help out anybody who walks in. Day before Mother's Day and 5 women in the store working but not one of them greeted me or lifted their heads. A snotty "sorry we are busy" and then back to making their pre-orders. Stay away if you need flowers or a simple hello.

Mediocre flowers at a high price and high attitude. This is a service based business...please provide good service! Not worth walking in.
